FITNESS

Fitness is divided into two sections:
General fitness (Health and Welfare)
Specific fitness (depends defined on the basis of the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or any other function).
Fitness is achieved usually through proper nutrition, exercise, and adequate rest.
Fitness has been known in previous years, the ability to carry out daily activities without excessive fatigue. However, changes in lifestyles following the industrial revolutions and increase the times of leisure, make this definition is not sufficient. [Citation needed] in these days, is a fitness measure of the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work activities and times of leisure, to be healthy, resistant to deficiency diseases movement, and cope with emergency situations. The basic elements of fitness is the speed, strength and agility, endurance and balance.
